Rare Minerva World War II, Flygvapnet (Swedish Airforce) pocket watch chronograph.
The m/41 chronograph was used by the Swedish Airforces observers to determine speed, altitud and direction of enemy aircrafts. The watch is signed FV (Flygvapnet / Swedish Airforce), the three crowns, wing F17 where it was used and numbered: 1822
Case: 51 mm diameter nickel case in unpolished original condition with some wearing marks and light dings, number: 566 988. new acrylic crystal fitted.
Dial and hands: The enamel dial is original with a small hairline between "10" and "11", see pictures. Original browned hands..
Movement: Minerva caliber 19/9 CH single pusher in very good running condition. Runs great with a good amplitude and keeping correct time. All chronograph functions works correctly. Movement manufacturing number: 1 603 178
