Minerva m/41 WWII Swedish Airforce Cronograph
A very rare Minerva World War II, Flygvapnet (Swedish Airforce) pocket watch chronograph for sale.
The m/41 chronograph was used by the Swedish Airforces observers to determine speed, altitud and direction of enemy aircrafts. The watch is signed F V (Flygvapnet / Swedish Airforce), the three crowns, m/41 and wing F10-17 where it was used.
Case: 51 mm diameters nickel case in unpolished original condition with some wearing marks, number: 511964, , Sweden. new mineral crystal fitted.
Dial and hands: The enamel dial is original with a small hairline at "12", see pictures. Original browned hands.
Movement: Minerva caliber 19/9 CH two pusher in very good running condition. Runs great with a good amplitude and keeping correct time. All chronograph functions works correctly. Movement manufacturing number: 154 480
